Chris attended the Robert Louis Stevenson School in Pebble Beach during the ‘60s and went on to UC Berkeley and UCLA for an undergraduate degree in 1973. He completed his MBA at Stanford University in 1976.
Chris’ business experience includes Owner/President of a broadcast television system integration company in Hollywood, and General Manager in charge of strategic planning and marketing for a commercial division of Panasonic.
For over 11 years, Chris has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker Del Monte in its office at The Lodge in Pebble Beach. Believing strongly in “giving back”, Chris has participated in nonprofits throughout his life. He has extensive nonprofit leadership, governance, and process expertise learned from positions of responsibility which include – Robert Louis Stevenson School Board of Trustees, Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Board including being a past Chairman, Past Chairman of the Hollywood Police Advisory Board, current Chairman of the Hollywood Sign Trust overseeing the preservation of the world famous Hollywood Sign, and a current Board member of the Monterey Peninsula Country Club with past roles on the Finance, Admissions, and Long Range Planning committees.
Chris and his wife Carrie live in Pebble Beach and take advantage of all that the lifestyle on this beautiful peninsula has to offer including food, wine tasting, fishing, scuba diving and motorcycling.

Carrie was born in Nebraska, grew up in Santa Fe, and received a B.S. in Math and Physics from Texas Tech University. She went on to a rich and varied career holding director level positions at Sony Electronics, Xerox Corporation, Safeway, and Lucasfilm Entertainment applying her reengineering, project management, and operations management expertise to making executive team’s strategic dreams come true.
Carrie got her real estate license in 2005 and helped Chris part-time for many years while working at Lucasfilm. His mentorship prepared her well for a long-awaited partnership with Chris at Coldwell Banker Del Monte in the Pebble Beach Lodge office. It became time to make lifestyle dreams for Buyers and Sellers come true.
What matters most to Carrie is creating a bond of trust and a joy filled experience for all involved in a transaction. She is a savvy negotiator and problem solver known for being the calming effect when things get stressful. She pays attention to each client’s communication style and customizes the experience ranging from those who like details, analyses, and constant updates to those who want the big picture and light contact.
